A: This Privacy Policy covers how New Century Foun­da­tion treats personal infor­ma­tion that New Century Foun­da­tion collects and receives. “Personal infor­ma­tion” is defined as infor­ma­tion about you that is person­ally iden­ti­fi­able, like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not other­wise publicly avail­able. If we obtain your Personal Infor­ma­tion from a third party, such as a busi­ness part­ner, it will be governed by this Privacy Policy. Q: WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL YOU COLLECT?

A: When you regis­ter we ask for infor­ma­tion such as your name, email address, mail­ing address and phone number. Once you regis­ter with New Century Foun­da­tion and sign into our services, you are not anony­mous to us. New Century Foun­da­tion auto­mat­i­cally receives and records infor­ma­tion on our server logs from your browser, includ­ing your IP address, cookie infor­ma­tion, and the page you request. You may update your Personal Infor­ma­tion at any time by visit­ing your “Profile” from the main navi­ga­tion once logged in as a member.

We reserve the right to send you certain commu­ni­ca­tions relat­ing to New Century Foun­da­tion services, such as service announce­ments, admin­is­tra­tive messages, and commu­ni­ca­tions that are consid­ered part of your New Century Foun­da­tion account, with­out offer­ing you the oppor­tu­nity to opt-out of receiv­ing them.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN ACCESSING THE SITE?

A: No minors under 18 will be allowed to regis­ter with New Century Foun­da­tion and we do not know­ingly collect Personal Infor­ma­tion from anyone under the age of 18. If a child does enter the site by gain­ing his or her parents’ or guardians’ pass­word, the parent or guardian thus assumes all liabil­ity for the child’s behav­ior on the site and New Century Foun­da­tion is indem­ni­fied from all claims aris­ing from the child’s access. Q: WILL MY COMPUTER BE RECEIVING COOKIES?

A: New Century Foun­da­tion may set and access New Century Foun­da­tion cook­ies on your computer to track your usage, but will not share or sell that infor­ma­tion to anyone. New Century Foun­da­tion may allow other compa­nies that show adver­tise­ments on some of our pages set and access their cook­ies subject to their own privacy poli­cies, not this one. However, New Century Foun­da­tion will retain any record of Personal Infor­ma­tion that may be required to comply with applic­a­ble federal, state or local law, and resid­ual infor­ma­tion may reside in New Century Foundation’s data­bases, which may or may not contain your Personal Infor­ma­tion. If you wish to opt out of any further commu­ni­ca­tions with New Century Foun­da­tion please select the “Opt-out of all emails” check-box on the Profile page.

Q: HOW IS New Century Foun­da­tion KEEPING MY INFORMATION SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL?

A: We limit access to Personal Infor­ma­tion about you to employ­ees who we believe reason­ably need to come into contact with that infor­ma­tion to provide prod­ucts or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Our servers and data­bases are protected by fire­walls and pass­words. This does not include infor­ma­tion, such as name, loca­tion and email address that you have posted to the online commu­nity as a comment or in public discus­sion forums, which may be viewed by any member and you agree that you are post­ing any such infor­ma­tion at your sole risk and discre­tion. We have reason­able phys­i­cal, elec­tronic, and proce­dural safe­guards that comply with federal regu­la­tions to protect Personal Infor­ma­tion about you. However, no system is fail-safe. New Century Foun­da­tion cannot guar­an­tee that its servers are impen­e­tra­ble, nor can we promise that your infor­ma­tion will not be inter­cepted as it is being trans­mit­ted over the Inter­net.

Q: WILL THIS POLICY CHANGE AT ANY TIME?

A: New Century Foun­da­tion may update this Privacy Policy at any time.
