Q: WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL YOU COLLECT?
A: When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Once you register with New Century Foundation and sign into our services, you are not anonymous to us. New Century Foundation automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you request. You may update your Personal Information at any time by visiting your “Profile” from the main navigation once logged in as a member.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to New Century Foundation services, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and communications that are considered part of your New Century Foundation account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN ACCESSING THE SITE?
A: No minors under 18 will be allowed to register with New Century Foundation and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If a child does enter the site by gaining his or her parents’ or guardians’ password, the parent or guardian thus assumes all liability for the child’s behavior on the site and New Century Foundation is indemnified from all claims arising from the child’s access. If a child causes a disturbance while using the account of his or her parent or guardian, the parent or guardian will be held responsible and his or her account may be terminated.
Q: WILL YOU BE SHARING OR DISCLOSING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE SOURCES?
A: No. New Century Foundation does not rent, sell, or share Personal Information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
• We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
• We may share information with outside contractors or agents who help us manage our information activities but only as needed to provide their services.
New Century Foundation may display advertisements on several pages. Advertisers may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria. New Century Foundation does not otherwise actively provide any Personal Information to the advertiser when you interact with or view an ad.
Furthermore, New Century Foundation uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your request for products and services, improve our services, contact you, and conduct research.

Q: HOW CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
A: You can cancel your subscription by a) accessing your account Profile and adjusting your billing settings to turn off the automatic renewal option or b) removing your credit card information from your Profile. However, New Century Foundation will retain any record of Personal Information that may be required to comply with applicable federal, state or local law, and residual information may reside in New Century Foundation’s databases, which may or may not contain your Personal Information. If you wish to opt out of any further communications with New Century Foundation please select the “Opt-out of all emails” check-box on the Profile page.
Q: HOW IS New Century Foundation KEEPING MY INFORMATION SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL?
A: We limit access to Personal Information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Our servers and databases are protected by firewalls and passwords. This does not include information, such as name, location and email address that you have posted to the online community as a comment or in public discussion forums, which may be viewed by any member and you agree that you are posting any such information at your sole risk and discretion. We have reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect Personal Information about you. However, no system is fail-safe. New Century Foundation cannot guarantee that its servers are impenetrable, nor can we promise that your information will not be intercepted as it is being transmitted over the Internet.
